Been going here for a while and have had different experiences based on the advisor assigned. Mike Tibbs stands out and is always consistent/punctual/trustworthy/honest.

Service rep I dealt w was amazing. Explained everything. Went over cost in detail. I felt no pressure from him. Hoping he will remain my service rep.

One of the best car buying experiences I've had

I stopped by to schedule my 20K service and was taken in right away, no appt needed. I also had an alignment done after returning from trip to Kingsport, Tn and back to Tampa. There was the usual construction and pot holes experienced during that trip. So, I was pleased that service and alignment could be done with little extra wait time.
