Woke up to a flat, so went in to try and get it fixed. Thankfully they were able to fit me in and replace the tire in a short and timely fashion by which I was able to only be 1/2 an hour late to work.

Mike Tibbs in service got me checked in quickly for appointment and kept me updated on any issues found on my car. Went over my options and what I needed. Even took care of a couple of extra maintenance items needing done without coming back.I enjoyed reading a book while I waited (my choice) and was actually out quickly.

Fast service, explained everything clearly. Will be back!

walked in a bit early, no problems. was ask for reason for my visit. then was told 1 hour and half. and i went off to waiting area. was give a text. if i had any question , and info on status of the work being done. fast easy. and fair. ty. the best
