The service I scheduled was for an oil change. I was told it would take about 1 hour to 1 hour 15 minutes. I was pleasantly surprised the service was completed in less than 40 minutes. I appreciate the quick service. Thanks for that.On another note, I know it's common practice to advise the customer of any potential concerns/repairs noticed during another service. However, I was advised of about 5 items / repairs, of which 2 had already been previousely completed. Also, the prices to complete these services/repairs were extremely high. I feel that since some items that were listed as recommendations to be completed had already been done, makes me feel unsure if the other items being recommended truly need to be done.This leaves me with an uneasy feeling and that I can't trust the recommendations being made at your facility.I plan to get another mechanic to look at my vehicle to ensure the work actually needs to be done and if so, I will get a quote from another mechanic to compare pricing to your facilty.I'm just providing this info as feedback to ensure your processes are being done correctly.This will help with the confidence / trust for the customers.Thank you
