After numerous attempts to schedule an appointment via the call center I finally was able to be connected to the service department at the dealership in order to make an appointment. The call center is not very functional. The service manager assisted with the purchase of tires. I give him 5 stars not the call center.

From the receptionist Dawn that made my appointment to the mechanic everything was excellent.

I had a salesman, Jorge Nieto, who was very helpful. He went above and beyond to help me. I had a problem with my driver's license. He took me to the court to get it fixed and returned to pick me up. I was pleasantly surprised because I did not know any salespeople would do that. He has a very welcoming, kind and patient manner.

Terrific experience all around with Jason Gomes from the initial exchange in regards to price to picking up the vehicle and signing the paperwork. Very smooth process!

Jerel was superb in his customer service. I had a chronic leak in one of my tires, which he corrected expeditiously.

Above and beyond! Oscar and Jorge were amazing!!!
