Everything was fine but they left my car wet, I had to dry it because it was all wet.

Jose was a great service advisor. Being able to get a shuttle and not have to wait was amazing. All service and the recall were taken care of as requested.

I returned to Courtesy Nissan because of the excellent service I have received from Brandon each time I bring my car there.

Went in for an oil change in the middle of the week. Spoke to Brandon Crespo.. in and out in less than an hour. As always Great service from Courtesy. Brandon was great and kept his word. Awesome service my friend!!!! thank you again

Sam was awesome. We enjoy working with Mr Sam.

The man that I checked in with at the service counter was exceptional! I came for a recall, he listened, paid attention to what I was saying. Offered that I could wait in the comfortable waiting areafor my car to be done. He estimated my wait time of 1 1/2-2 hours; when I questioned the length of time, he said he would try to have it done sooner. He kept me informed of the wait time. Sure enough, the wait time was about 1 hour 15 min!! He answered all my questions and concerns and was pleasant throughout my visit. Thank You!
