Serjio, my service adviser, was able to get my car serviced very quickly. He also was able to use credit on my account from a prior service visit.

As always, Serjio and the techs at Courtesy made sure we were in good hands. He explained the issues that were found with us, and then coordinated with our extended warranty company to make sure everything was reviewed, discussed, and approved seamlessly before starting the repairs.Serjio called and walked us through what to expect and how long it may take to get everything done. He checked in more than once to see if we needed a rental while the techs did their thing. He even called the day after we got our car back to make sure everything was running smoothly and to see if we had any questions.My wife and I say it to anyone who will listen, Serjio is hands down the reason we always return to Courtesy.
