Initially brought my car in on Friday 2/2 and had my front brake pads replaced and rotors resurfaced along with some other maintenance work done. After the brake job the car was shaking severely and there was clearly a problem. I brought the car back to the dealership on Tuesday 2/6 to get looked at again. Jose and Rich sat down with me and figured out a plan to make everything right. They ended up replacing my rotors which fixed the problem and I can't thank them enough for their attentiveness and professional demeanor during this whole process.

It was very easy to get an appointment and get my truck in for service. My service advisor, Jerrell, was very thorough, polite, and had my check-in done very quickly. My ride back to work and pick-up after the truck work was completed was very nice also.

Everyone was very professional and timely. Since this is my first visit back since I bought my vehicle they even had a Salesman spend time helping me figure out some of the features, this was very much appreciated.
