I had my rear brakes replaced and the service was fine once I got the car to the shop.My only complaint is my experience trying to schedule an appointment. About 3-4 weeks prior I had oil changed at your location and was advised I needed new brakes--I wasn't able to get the brakes done at the moment and never discussed or advised how bad my brakes were. My Murano is mostly used by my wife and she was out of town visiting family for several weeks at the time and the car sat in the garage. Before making the appointment--I tried calling the service dept numerous times for several days--never got an answer and left numerous messages--still no callback--I finally got thru to a live person but she wasn't able to get thru to the service dept, but promised that she would get ahold of a service mgr and have him/her call me---no calls. So when my wife returned home--I decided to take the car in to the service dept and leave the car there all day all night if I had to, and have my wife drive me home with our 2nd car. However, once I got there--they took me right in--we discussed the condition of my brakes and decided to have the work done--after about 2 and 1/2 hours, I got notice the car was done and all was fine.
