The gentleman at the desk was very professional, friendly and communicative. However having changed the oil on my own vehicles before, I know how long it takes. I appreciate that a full diagnostic is done on my car, but I would like the option to decline it from the start so that I’m not waiting for nearly 2 hours for a 15-20 minute oil change
