You never have a second chance at a first impression, but even tho I was missed and seen two hours later, Brenda apologized for oversight & Jose took such good care of me. From professional service to friendly environment won me over. Yall will see me again!

Brenda’s attention as a service advisor was excellent. She maintained good communication with me throughout the process and was very professional and understanding.However, my experience with the mechanics was very frustrating. It seemed like they were changing wheel bearings for the first time. I initially brought my car in under a warranty to replace the bearings. The warranty only covered part of the repair, and I had to pay the remaining balance for the bearing replacement.After that, the shop damaged the axle during the repair. Without my authorization, they proceeded to fix it and later Brenda called me saying the total was $1,400. At no point did I approve this repair, especially since the damage was caused by the shop. Logically, the dealership should have taken responsibility for that damage. Neither I nor my warranty should have been responsible for the axle repair, as my warranty only covered the bearing replacement, not the axle.After being without my car and having to arrange transportation on my own, and after about 15 days of back-and-forth discussions, I was finally able to pick up my car without having to pay the $1,400.As I mentioned, Brenda’s service was excellent—she was not responsible for the damage and was very understanding—but the overall experience was quite upsetting due to the damage caused and being without my car for so many days.
