First of all, Justin Ellis is one of the most service advisors I have had the good fortune to work with. Next, I loved the video by the service technician and also, Justin reviewed the video with me. I would like to have the recommended service don, such as change the engine air filter and change the brake fluid. I see there are coupons that I could use but I need help determining how to apply the coupons for the above service. Also I would like to rotate the tires, (another coupon) and my Air Conditioning Light on the dashboard does not light up when it is on.

Inspection report was not verified by mechanic. They just print it out and tell me everything is wrong, rather than verify if its true. Simple simple look at the windshield wipers to see i just changed them and they are fine, to recommend new ones?? I can print out myself per Honda what I should change per year/mileage - don't need a mechanic for that - what I DO NEED is a mechanic to actually look at the car to tell me if any issues I should be concerned with or needs to be changed. So now I have to find a REAL mechanic, not a status report to tell me what status my car is in.
