I would have never paid 235.00 if I knew it was only a DVD I think it was wrong that they did not reimbursed me or do the alignment at no charge. They only gave me a 30.00 dollar discount I think overall I won't return unless all else failed. I will go somewhere else that won't rip me off.

Just wanted to let you know about my experience... several months ago the auto off engine feature stopped working on my vehicle. I brought it in to have it checked out as I wanted to make sure it wasn't some sort of electrical malfunction etc.. I spent pretty much an entire day there, was told that battery test was extensive and took several hours, which I don't believe to be true. Regardless, I was told the battery checked out fine and it wasn't a battery issue. A sensor was ordered and I was told to come back.. I did so, the sensor was put in, I sat there for another half a day and it still didn't fix the problem...Fast forward to two weeks ago... the car had a hard time starting so I took it to my local trusted mechanic. He tested the battery and in 1 minute said it was dead and swapped it out.. miraculously all of the other issues I was having with the auto engine feature now work perfectly again..This entire time that I wasted countless hours at your service center it was simply a bad battery that should have been figured out easily.Very frustrating...

I had a courtesy oil change, first one of the new vehicle. Everything was good and quick.
