The oil change itself was finished faster than Iexpected. They even washed the car at no extra charge. I left the dealership feeling valued, not just like another job on their list. The visit was fine but it shouldn't have been necessary. Valerie was terrific. But you sold me that battery and while it was under warranty, I come to you and take care of the vehicle so that I do not end up stranded at the gym on a Sunday waiting for AAA.
