The service representatives were pleasant, communicative and helpful in honoring a sale price I saw advertised on synthetic oil change and completing a long overdue recall since EPS part was finally received.

Fast and easy, went in for an oil change and Honda let me know that my car was do for other services as well by a text message and I agreed so I don’t have to ever worry about breaking down ! Everything took a couple hours while I was at work so it was perfect! They even gave me a ride to work AND picked me up when my car was ready!! A thousand thumbs up 👍 !

Very polite and kind and quick

The service advisor, Johnny, was ready to help me out with the oil change, rotation, and alignment as soon as I arrived for my appointment. Everything was fast and efficient and the text updates were great. Johnny also found me as soon as the work was done to let me know it was all set. It was a much quicker visit than i expected. Johnny was very friendly. Very pleased with Palm Harbor Honda.
