Valarie is absolutely wonderful. We have had 5 Hondas and currently own 3. UNFORTUNATELY Valarie needed to climb in the back to clean up the sweat, and smear on and around the seat back protector installation.

Though I have a prepaid Maintenance contract every time I walk in they never are able to pull that till I remind them to verify or show them paper work and remind them not to charge for items covered under the contract. I brought my vehicle new from the exact same location and waits bring it for service there. I stopped buying contracts for the same reason when I brought my new CRV. When my wife or kids visit for service it is a issue that they have to call me at work after getting a quote for bunch of services and they end up paying. FIX IT
