Okay, I'll start off by saying I'm yeah, I'm 6040 satisfied. I think the service advisor did a great job. I apologize. I can't remember her name right now. She actually restored my faith in Honda after it was kind of shattered, so all right, from the beginning, ask for an oil change. My first one after purchase vehicle from you guys was told, I'd get a free oil change. So yeah, it's been like 8 or 9 months since I've bought the truck. I'm going to kick it across country next month. And I wanted an oil change, and I don't. The headlights adjusted the headlights from day one, are pointed to the sky. I'm retired. I don't drive much at night. And of course, it's a problem at night, but daytime, you forget about it. Anyway, I ask for the lights to get adjusted also. So right away, they they made it sound like Honda does not have a problem with headlights. That shouldn't need to be adjusted. And I'm like, that's not what the internet says, because they've got all kinds of people complaining about it. It's either way, can they check it? And if it needs adjustment, great, if you tell me it don't, but at least check it, they agreed and they came back and said, yeah, oh it's not covered under any warranty. So you'd have to pay a $189 for them to adjust the head lights. I said, no, it's 2 screws, it's not hard to do. I'll do it myself, no problem Then she comes back and says the oil change is not free. Because your check oil, your check. Engine light is not on and yeah, indicating that you still have some life on your old oil. I explained I'm going out of town. It's been almost a year. Out of my fresh oil. I offer to pay for the oil change. And I got some quotes on tires, and she did a very nice job. Helping me pick out tires and pick the right one at the right prices and their prices were totally within reasons. The range I was looking at, so I was pretty pleased with that, and back to being happy versus not being happy about the headlights, and um, uh, it got all done paid. The bill left went home and the next day, I pop the hood open, and I'm going to adjust the headlights. And the piece that holds the rod that holds the hood up when the hood's down was missing. It's a little bit the question peace that holds the rod. So that kind of makes you question, oh, what happened in the oil change? Did they pay attention to that? If somebody's then I give you the benefit of doubt, they did a good job at oil, changed since that piece fell out when he closed all it who knows So anyway, I called, and she's ordered one, and I'm happy for that. So yeah, there you have the. Review, it's lukewarm, and I'd really rather have a super positive review again. The service advisor brought that review up from. I'm being really low to more favorable.She did a great job

Called at 11 am after my ac stioped blowing cold air that.morning. I was coming.in for a tire totation and oil change but when they heard air was bad they took me at 12:30 that day. Josh Piess checked me in listened to issues and kept me posted all thw way through ac repair etc.
