Brett, the General Manager, greeted me kindly and showed me around the service area. My sales advisor, Preston, was top notch. He was very attentive, transparent, informative and kind. Chad, the finance manager, was very helpful in getting the deal that i I needed to be satisfied. The car was clean, gassed up, came with all weather mats and Preston showed me many of the features of my new car. I am very pleased with my experience and will recommend Courtesy Palm Harbor to others over the competition even in spite of a 45 minute drive from my home.

Justin was great, respectful, and calm in explaining the process from start to end. Only disappointed by the fact that the finance manager didn't manage to get me the rate initially quoted to me. I had to get a little over my target budget, but overall I enjoyed the experience of purchasing a car from here.

Convenient and fast

My 2025 Civic has 1000 miles on it. Recently I noticed the engine was hesitating/jerking when it was going from 1 - 2 rpms. The technician drove it and did not encounter the problem. So no diagnosis.
