I selected Courtesy Honda of Palm Harbor because after researching online, this dealership had the best inventory and pricing on the model I was interested in. I was expecting the salesmen “vultures” to attack when I arrived but instead was pleased when welcomed with a smile by the receptionist and introduced to Tarah Meyerowitz. She was a calming presence who knew everything about the CR-V, used and new from top to bottom. She listened to my concerns and what was important to me. I felt like she was in my corner. I had a great experience with Rachel True as well as we processed the paperwork. She answered all my questions and talked through the options (warranty, gap, etc) with empathy, knowing what my concerns may be during the life of my car. I will definitely recommend these ladies and Courtesy PH Honda to anyone looking for a car. Fantastic experience top to bottom.

The salesman Preston Dyson was very polite and not pushy. He answered all of my questions and kept me informed throughout the buying process. I would recommend Preston to any of my friends looking for a new vehicle.

I will make a suggestion. Always verify the number and email you are sending updates to. Unbeknownst to me, the texts were going to my husband's cell phone in Tampa. The service person asked if I would be waiting so I assumed he would come out and get me when the truck was done. He never told me I would get a text or email. You are getting 4 stars instead of 5 because of this.
