Met with Ed to look at a few certified CR-Vs and he did a great job of answering all my questions and making me feel comfortable trading in my other Honda. We finalized everything and even after closing he stuck around to show me additional features in the car! Such a great guy with great customer service. Couldn’t ask for a better experience!

Took my 2022 Honda Civic in for the RECALL/Steering RACK issue AGAIN. Awaiting parts so the repair can be done AGAIN
