The brake lights on our 2003 Pilot would not turn off last Friday morning when I urgently needed to return to Morton Plant Hospital. I had taken my wife to the Emergency Room the night before and she was in the Intensive Care Unit. With the Pilot's emergency blinkers on, I drove into your service area without an appointment. Nevertheless, Valerie Belle and her terrific teammates quickly took over and assured me they would solve the problem.Valerie arranged for a driver to take me home so I could use my Integra to drive to the hospital. Valerie kept me updated via text on the progress of my repair, which was accomplished within a few hours. Gratefully, I was able to focus on my wife's health, and not a car repair, which was a great relief. Many thanks to Valerie and her teammates!
