Lana was an absolute ROCKSTAR!! We were on vacation and in an almost stranded situation. Lana made the experience bareable and really relieved my family and I from a lot of stress. And it was because she was treating me how she would liek to be treated. Had a flat battery at the end of work shift. Despite having jumper cables in the car, didn’t even know how to open my FIT hood in preparation for jumpstart! Called Courtesy Service & 'Gary' talked me through that step and said that if I could get FIT in before seven, I could leave the car for next day (battery) service. When my husband (who jump-started my car @ my work site then followed me to Courtesy Honda ) and I arrived, Gary was just leaving so Brandon became our service tech. While other techs seemed to indicate that we should leave my car for the next morning's service, Brandon pulled some strings (?) and was able to get the battery installed within an hour. He was excellent, also, in explaining about how the warranty works and the wisdom of keeping Battery paperwork in the glove box.We've liked and depended on several techs in our 10 years of working w/ Courtesy Service (Valerie, Mike) Brandon is in their league when it came to providing exceptional service.So glad Courtesy provides consistently great Honda servicing; makes our chaotic life just SO much easier.
