Fixed my tire which was pricey but happens but they were unable to fix my touch screen because it wasnt acting up when i brought the car in. Unfortunately it has been acting up every day since.

Overall the experience was easy. I did feel pressured to come earlier to test drive the car than I could get there and pressured to buy it online before seeing it. We had to come back after purchasing the vehicle for a warranty fix which still wasn’t fixed. We drove 2 1/2 hrs for this so felt like it was a wasted trip with no compensation. We also found out after leaving the lot that the windshield wipers were very loud and needed replacing. Lastly, our trial service of Sirius was not set up when we bought the car and had to activated on our 2nd trip to dealership. Again, we live 2 1/2 hrs away so an inconvenience.
