The only issue I have is with the carfax report. I received at the end of transaction and realized the the vehicle had serviced oil change just 2 time in 35K miles.

We have 2 Hondas. 2007 Pilot, phenomenal vehicle. 2020 CR-V which has been towed 3 times due to various reasons, most recent Body Control Module internal failure, which Service Tech said was rare.Well, it kept us up from 12:13 am and again at 3:30 -4 am, along with our neighbors. Purpose of this survey is about the service. Service is always consistently good. This one took them quite a bit of time to identify.Good news is the $2732. mechanical warranty we purchased covered $600. of the original $767.36 quote. So once again, service was never the issue. Disappointed a wee bit in the product. And VERY THANKFUL for our 2007 Pilot. Guess we were silly to expect the same quality product in the CR-V.

The experience was fine, and I guess everything checked out. I normally get a checklist of all the items that were checked. I like to keep track of the tire wear, brakes etc. I emailed and texted asking for a copy to be emailed to me. Everything else was fine other than that. I am sure its an oversight.
