We had such a great experience with our recent purchase of a used car at Palm Harbor Honda. Not something that you usually say regarding a car dealership. Our sales rep Sandi was very friendly and not at all high pressure. The dealership had a very fair dealer fee and no other hidden fees or charges like other dealerships. It was recognized during our test drive that there was an issue with the air conditioner but that was resolved within 2 days after the purchase for no additional fee by the service center that also had very friendly staff. They went above and beyond to even replacing another part that had not been noticed before. We are very pleased with the car and I would highly recommend both Palm Harbor Honda and our salesperson Sandi Youngman. I would look to them first for our next car as well.

Overall, the experience was good, but this time, I did not get any notification from Honda when the car would be ready. I called 2-3 times to check the status of the car, but every time, the phone went to voice mail.Secondly, the advisor is great. I have a small suggestion if there is an offer going on, then we should send an email or any notification so that we can plan our service.

Brought my 2007 Honda Pilot in for an oil and brake fluid change. I figured since I dropped it off and left that it would be serviced later in the day, behind vehicles that had their owners waiting in the service area. I was pleasantly surprised when I received a call stating that my vehicle was done in just over an hour!
