Minor issue, I requested an oil change as part of my service visit. When I arrived to pick up my car the oil change had not been done. The service rep was able to get it done for me in very short order and waived the charge for the oil change. This was very generous, much appreciated and indicative of a willingness to provide excellent customer service.
