Great service

I came in to get a tire repaired. I did not have an appointment, but the service staff was able to get me in and repair the tire. It did take a little long- 3 hours. At least I got to watch the Olympics while I waited.

Certified used car we purchesed there a few days ago had a low tire pressure light on. Max pressure setting on tire is 50psi. Car is alarming at 35psi. Service dept lady said they must be kept at 33psi. ???? This seems highly unusual. What about fuel economy by keeping your tire pressure just under the high side? From dealership they were set to 35psi. I cant run at 40psi?! This is 10psi below max. Before that oil was below normal range to even register on dipstick. Was told car didnt have oil change at dealership. So they did one.The salesperson "Valon" is great through it all. Commend him. :)Hope future car experience is better.

Our documentation requests were a little complicated. The staff went out of their way to accommodate our requests and allowed us to drive home with our new purchase. Sandy Youmpngman did a great job of holding our hands,.

Took longer than expected due to system outage. Also, had to complete the same paperwork multiple times.

Felt like service advisor was honest, which I appreciate. Makes me want to come back, just wish it wasn't so far for me.

After 3 tries finally got our Pilot back with a good paint job and scratches fixed. These scratches were on car when we bought it back in April brand new. Has now been in for repairs a week each month since then. Thank you Jared for stepping in and getting this done. He made sure we didn’t have to deal with renting a car (paid for by Honda but still a hassle and hold on our credit card), had a loaner for us. Seat was replaced from damaged caused by workers and Resistal reapplied. Also made sure we had a full tank of gas. Kristen and April also was part of getting this taken care of for a final time. Tracy delivered car to us when we picked up and made sure everything was completed to our satisfaction. It’s been a long 4 months but car looks great finally.
