My wife and I were looking at trading in our 2012 CR-V. We also were looking into going to a hybrid or all electric automobile. We had been to other dealerships, but they were not very personable or helpful. We were actually on our way home from one of those dealers and looked “closest Honda Dealer” on our phone GPS and Courtesy Honda was on the way home. We went and were cordially greeted by Preston who listened to what we were interested in and was most helpful. He had a CR-V Hybrid available for us to test drive and, well, the rest is history. We drove out in about an hour with a new car. We can’t praise Preston for his attentiveness and facilitating the trade in and purchase. We will certainly continue to use Courtesy Honda for our service needs, by-passing two dealers on the way to get there. Kudos to Courtesy Honda!
