Fast and efficient

Everyone is always helpful and friendly. Dropped my car off for 1220 appointment, was hoping to pick it back up during my work break around 3-4, service was running behind and I didn’t get the service complete message until just before 6pm. I wasn’t able to pick it up bc I was still working and was able to pay online via my phone which was great. I’m ok with the service being behind schedule, was just disappointed that I didn’t get the car wash in the service as I was told I would.

The sales person was very good as far as explaining everything on the car, she wasn't pushyThe car id awesome an wen it showed up to my house(the sales girl brought it to me.Now that's the kind of service that brings customers back!!

Excellent as always. We leased a new car and purchased a used car. Christian Perkins took excellent care of us as always.

I was glad to get an appointment the same day. I came in because my gear shift felt as if it was going to pop out if I did not apply firm pressure. Basically 2 screws had loosen and had fallen out. One was found on the floor. The screws were reinserted. So my only complaint is $164.00 charge for this. I think that is way too high which is the diagnostic fee. But I’m glad it was done so I can continue safe driving.
