When I went in to inquire about a used car a few weeks ago, I worked with a sales rep that was pretty laid back and did not pressure me at all. He actually answered all my questions a followed up with me as he said he would. It just happened that another sales person at another Honda dealership did just the opposite, left me hanging on questions, didn’t get back to me in a timely fashion, until the end of the month when all I asked was, “How much is this NEW car? The other dealer came back with an unrealistic number…..above what we already discussed. Within 30 minutes of that call, the young man I originally spoke with from Palm Harbor Honda called me on a follow up for a Used Vehicle, which turned into a sold 2024 Accord.
