My wife and I were interested in learning more about hybrid SUV options and visited the store on Monday of last week. We met Kyle. He was awesome. He showed us a beautiful blue 2024 Honda CRV Hybrid and we narrowed our choice for Honda down to that vehicle. My wife and I still wanted to research other brands and Kyle was very understanding as I would have kicked myself buying the first car we saw. We haven’t been new car shopping in almost a decade so we had to do our due diligence. We went to another brand and liked the vehicle but not as much as the CRV. Kyle and I stayed in contact and he answered all my questions. Last Saturday we visited another brand and liked the vehicles but the salesperson was very pushy and rude. The next day (Sunday), my wife and I purchased the exact same vehicle we had driven just 6 days prior. Kyle was great and the vehicle is amazing. Thanks so much!
