Good but my engine air filter was not reported!

This time was different. Waiting time was shorter and they didn’t try to sell things that I don’t need for the vehicle. Especially with a vehicle that has less then 15 thousand miles.

I brought my Civic in for its' annual servicing. The only complaint have is I waited an hour and a half before any communication was forth coming. Then I was told I needed new brakes and had to wait another 1 & 1/2 hours.

Valon called me the day before my 2022 Honda CRV was due for service. I agreed to meet him as I was waiting for my oil change. We did meet, and I later drove away a new 2024 Honda CRV EXL trim. I was very pleased with Valor's professionalism and knowledge of the car and the process.

It was fast, no long waiting time. Clean & nice waiting area. Staff very nice & professional.
