All of the staff was hassle free, honest and straight forward. Many dealerships I came across during my journey in buying a new car were not this way. Courtesy did not include any extra charges for the car and sold it to me at a fair value. They were also willing to be flexible in some areas to make the deal work for me.

Jay was fantastic, when we walked in the showroom he was busy with something but when asked a question about a car we were interested in looking at, he dropped everything he was doing and helped us.Jay was very knowledgeable and courteous, It was a pleasure working with him.

My only issue is it took too long. I made an appt on line and expressed what needed to be done and that I would be waiting. If you guys were too busy I should have been told. 2 hours 15 minutes for an oils change and tire rotation seems too long. Thank you everything else and the people were no issues whatsoever
