Work was done in a timely manner and service rep was excellent.

There was a long wait but I was told there would be. I normally don't have to wait long. Every one I had contact with was friendly as always.

The service was good but we weren’t able to see the progress for quite a while bc the car was taken from the shop area. During that time we had no idea what was happening & that was a fairly lengthy wait.

The indicator for low tire pressure came on while I was driving on a Sunday. I called shortly after the dealership opened on Monday and I was taken within 30 minutes without an appointment. I was very appreciative for receiving quality service on such short notice and without an appointment. Thank you Courtesy Honda!
