My 2019 Honda Accord just reached 40,000 miles and it was time for new tires, rear brakes, alignment, transmission fluid change and a recall for the fuel pump. Tracy, my service advisor, did a great job getting everything arranged and communicating with me. A few hours later I was told that the car was ready. When I came to get the car it was washed and waiting. Great job!

My wife has a condition that requires special precautions—no fragrances, chemicals, oil spills, etc. The service manager, service advisor and technician all took extra care to meet her needs.

Repairs seem to have been accomplished correctly. A bit more expensive than I anticipated.

Great teamwork and communication

I like the appointment system online.I did not know that Honda could provide a ride home. I usually plan to have one of my family members drop me off and pick me up. It is a nice service to have for its customers.

This is my 2nd car from Palm Harbor Honda. Mark Ellis was great, and also the Finance Department was great. I have been purchasing Honda since 1986, and this purchase is by far the best.
