It's a 4 because when I picked up the car, the battery was dead. Now I don't know how they got the car out of the garage to the parking space but somehow they did. The battery tested fine when the work was being done and I have never had a problem with this battery (Honda 100 mth) so it's a bit of a mystery how this happened. They did give me a new battery but wouldn't give me a receipt since I didn't pay for it. So now, if something happens to this battery, I have no proof of when it was installed.
