In-Service text link required more work than it should have.Not easy to see concluding details so I could evaluate all recommendations & costs.Not helpful to be required to approve or decline item 1 without seeing all items.Show me all 4 individually, then in total summary, THEN ask me to approve or decline each.

Tracy is an excellent service advisor. As is the team of technicians. My car was making a constant low roar and they narrowed it down to wheel bearings on the front tire. Not enough time to do the road trip check I needed for a trip so I came back the next day for that and to get my key fob fixed. It was unfixable, and I had to have a new key fob which they programmed for me.

Tara was very professional and patient with us as she helped us find the perfect Preowned Honda certified vehicle for our budget and needs. She always followed up with us if there was any new information or price updates and she helped us feel confident in our decisions throughout the process.

My service rep Justin Ellis is very professional, courteous and has always guided me in the right direction with any issue with my car.
