Our 2018 Pilot stopped running. I called the service department and told me to have it towed in. We I arrived I was helped right away. The young lady I was talking too went over what was the policy were and I signed the work authorization form. Once the problem which was the fuel pumpwas identified Johny sent me a text with a linkwhich I used to approve the rest of the work It was the fuel pump which is in a recall and will not be available until this fall. Johny worked his magic and worked with the regional people and got it taken care of. Great work. We were on the road in just a few days.
