I came in to Courtesy Palm Harbor Honda to turn in my 2022 CR-V and lease a new one. Jackie Panettiere assisted me and she was very nice, accommodating and efficient. My choice of CR-V was not on the lot yet, so I returned when they had one. Unfortunately there were many other customers there and my paper work was delayed. I had to wait 3 hrs, which wasn't that bad and I wouldn't hold that against Courtesy. What I didn't like was that they couldn't give me a key chain when I asked for one. I had to find a new key chain because my old one will not fit into the new key fob.

I had my front end aligned. The man who took care of us (Johnny) was very professional, cordial, and kind.
