My whole experience was amazing! Ernesto was a phenomenal car salesman and helped me out tremendously. His customer service was above and beyond and I can’t thank him enough for that.

We wanted to purchase a new car the day we walked into Palm Harbor. Sandy was our sales person. She was awesome from the start! We had an idea of what we wanted she was not pushy. She helped us come up with a good price for the car. She explained everything to us nicely as you don’t buy a new card every day.🤣

I was not in the mood to purchase a new Odyssey as I had a bad experience with another dealership with a bait and switch and unwanted add-ons that could not be removed. But I saw the price online and thought I would stop by. Ed greeted me right away and he helped me with what I was looking for. The Odyssey that was on the website was still on the lot and with no dealer add-ons we made a deal. AJ in finance was quick and explained all the options available to me. I just appreciated the professionalism from Ed and AJ and would recommend Courtesy Palm Harbor Honda to friends.
