A serious safety issue was rectified.

Everyone was great

I have a service advisor but because I set up online I just get a person that I am not familiar with which is why it was not an excellent experience. since I didn't get things addressed nor did my temp advisor care to give me great service.

Cost of service was explained to me and service performed timely.

As always Johnny is fabulous to work with, excellent customer service, extremely knowledgeable, and great communicator.

Justin helped me in more ways than I knew how to ask for. I went in for a battery check and ended up needing a lot more done to my car. As someone who doesn’t know much about cars, he was kind enough to thoroughly explain everything to me multiple times. His kindness went a long way.

The experience was great and everyone was very nice . Service department included the manager was very helpful. It’s very sad that new vehicles today don’t have the quality that was years ago. New design locks quality and quality control in factories not doing good job finding problems with cars before they getting on dealership.
