Great experience from arrival to departure. Courteous and friendly staff. Wonderful waiting area tv and tasty beverages.

A little confusion about who to take care of our request, then new person in sales (met us at door) helped us, took care of us and we were on our way within an hour.

Based on a recommendation from a previous visit, I came in for an alignment. From the time I drove into the service bay until I left, all the staff were friendly, courteous, & professional. Free coffee & snacks are a plus. I would definitely recommend Courtesy Palm Harbor Honda.

Jay Warnock was just fantastic! This is the second car our family has purchased with him and we certainly would do so again. We also spoke with Ron Wordon and James Holsten, both were very helpful.Our experience with your Finance department was the black spot in dealing with Courtesy Palm Harbor. My wife's last name was spelled wrong (our last names are the same), resulting in signing everything twice. I fear this was not completely corrected as our initial welcome letter from Wells Fargo Finance lists her name incorrectly from the first signing.
