Fixed it!

I had to have my Honda CRV towed overnight to your location for repairs. I contacted first thing in the morning and was helped right away. Service department was very polite and helpful. The automated text messages with the info on repairs is very helpful, but I was partially confused as to what I needed to get done. I did speak with someone and again received great service. I made the necessary and recommended repairs. The pickup process went well. I used Affirm for the first time, and it took a little work to figure it out, but we were able to complete the task. Having spent over $1000 on repairs and being a repeat customer, I was disappointed that you don't do a complimentary cash wash when you receive back your vehicle and I had to go out to find it on my own. I also had asked if two light bulbs could be replaced in the cabin and I was told it would be more afforadable for me to go do it on my own. While I agree and appreciate the advice, to quickly replace two bulbs for a repeat customer shouldn't be too expensive of a task or burden. The repairs were done quickly and I do value the work done.

Great experience fast service

Truly had an exceptional experience. You fixed issues with my mud flaps and wheel torquing that another dealer made mistakes on and did not charge me. You took me in a day early because of my confusion on my appointment timing. Then, you had terrific communications by the service advisor and the technician. I thought I was at the Porsche dealer with even better service! Truly amazing. I will now be going to Palm Harbor Honda going forward. I am truly grateful.
