When I made my appointment to purchase 4 new tires, with an alignment I told the service person I would be staying while the service was performed.. When I got to the dealership and And checked in I went for a seat in the service area waiting room. About 10 minutes after I sat down, my service rep came out and asked if she could put me in a rental for the night. She said that they got very backed up and it would be 3 to 4 hours for my car to be taken care of. So she made arrangements to have me sent to enterprise and Rent-A-Car on courtesy Honda. it was a bit of an inconvenience, however, I appreciate her care and concern about me sitting there for 3 to 4 hours while I would be waiting for my car. I told her I would need the car by 11 o’clock the next day. I received a call between 10 and 1015 letting me know the car was ready.

Took my car in because the engine light had come on, and wanted oil change. After waiting a couple hours in the waiting room my service rep offered to get me a loaner car through. Enterprise which I thought was a good idea. That process was smooth. They did send me a text that my battery needed replacing and that a software update was needed. The next morning just after 9 the service rep Nick called my car was ready. I returned the rental car and was able to pick up my car. My car was washed and ready to go. Great service and nice people.

It was fine.
