We found the vehicle we loved online. However, we are almost 3 hours away. I contacted the dealership explained our situation. We were able to place a hold on the vehicle until we can make it out to the dealership. Once we arrived at the dealership, the car was waiting for us to view. We fell in love and started the paperwork right away. While we were waiting for the finance department, they had the vehicle detailed and by the time we were finished, the car was ready to go! We had a great experience with Mark Ellis! Highly recommend this dealership. Everyone was friendly throughout our duration. They offered drink snacks and had clean facilities while we waited.

Oil change and windshield wiper replacement done in a reasonable amount of time. Johnny Cabezudo is the best service consultant!

Almost excellent but took a very long wait time for an oil change. I didn’t have a reservation for that as I was in for a recall but the part wasn’t in so I switched to oil chg per B1 code I guess I was used to my AnnArbor MI Honda dealer that always has an Express pull chg Service even without an appt. Usually only 20 -30 min wait and not 3 hrs.
