I had an awesome visit. Scheduled with Doug (via text, email, and voice) to look at two specific models, the CR-V Hybrid Sport Touring and the CR-V EX-L. When I arrived, Doug greeted me and introduced me to Valon Xhokli, who would be my sales consultant. He wasted no time getting down to business, showing me each of the cars and we test drove each car (I traveled 4 hours from home). After the test drives, I decided on the Hybrid Sport Touring. I gave them the price I wanted to pay. They countered and we negotiated. What I appreciated the most is they did not make me wait for a half hour or longer wondering what what going on. They ended up giving me my price and then we moved forward closing the deal. The process of test driving and then arriving at a price took approximately and hour and a half. Valon was great to work with and did not try to pressure me into anything. He made accommodations for me to park my truck (the vehicle I drove to the dealership) in the garage until I come back to retrieve it. They made my experience a great one. The best out of all the previous new car purchases. There was a snag because I was paying cash by personal check. It appeared I would not be able to drive away in the new car until the funds cleared. Doug went above and beyond and worked it out to where I would be able to drive away in my new ride. The entire staff I came in contact with were friendly and very welcoming. Paul Smith was great and did not pressure me into purchasing maintenance and warranty plans that I wanted to review and think about before purchasing (which I will probably end up getting). I arrived at 1:00 and was driving four hours home at 4:30. I highly recommend this dealership for purchasing a new Honda. Feel free to share this review publicly.

Needed a couple of potential issues diagnosed; handled quickly and sent me on my way. My service person used her discretion and did not charge me for the diagnosis (I appreciate that she had the authority to do so). Also like to think maybe Courtesy recognized they have serviced this car since new in 2011 - and I will be back...

Everyone I worked with -- from Jackie and Chris, on up to management and the finance team -- were incredibly kind and helpful and did not play the types of games I'm used to when car shopping. We had a bad experience at a different Honda dealership, so the customer service we received from the Courtesy team was a welcomed reprieve.
