The only reason why it was so good was our salesman Brahim Dounajar. He also sold us a new car in 2019 when he was working for Autonation Honda. He did a great job then and he did a great job this time too. He tried to get us the best deal but it’s obvious that his hands are tied. The only reason why I bought the car was that you are only 5 miles from home. Your prices were the highest out of 5 Honda Dealers in the area. I would have bought a car at Brandon Honda but it was 30 miles round trip from home. They were $1000’s of dollars cheaper for the same car plus they offered me $10.400 for my van I traded in you guys only gave me $9000. Right now I own 4 Honda’s and this is the first time I bought a car from Courtesy because your prices are the highest by far. I bought my last 2 Honda’s at Westshore Honda and I would bought this car there except my salesman went to a Mazda Dealer. Also if we didn’t have Brahim as our salesman this deal would not have happened. Your service department is the most expensive by far than any other Honda dealer even with a coupon. Now that I am in my 70’s I don’t want to drive far to buy a car so you were the closest Honda dealer to me. I am a loyal Honda owner over the last 27 years and I kinda know when I get a good deal your dealer at least $1.500 more than other Honda dealers. So no I didn’t get a good deal. Also I would never buy a new car from Courtesy because of all the add ons you charge extra for. I don’t need mud guards if I do it should be my choice not yours. The only reason why you got the sale was because Brahim period.
