I took my Honda Pilot in for routine maintenance. I was very please with the service and attention to detail. My car was washed and detailed beautifully.

My situation over a recall issue was handled easily

Took well over an hour just to check a recall part. My car was sitting in the garage unattended for a period of time.

I had a serious problem with my car. Justin did an outstanding job of communicating with me throughout the process. The mechanic did a great job making my Pilot drivable and safe again.

Express oil change took approx 1 HR from check in to check out.Not exactly "express service" by anyone's definition, but for PHH it was fairly quick.The time spent waiting afforded me the opportunity to look over the latest offerings from Honda. All things considered, I prefer my 2018 Touring over the current iteration. Perhaps next years offering will be more to my liking.
