Was greeted right away, staff were pleasant. Being able to track the status on my car is fantastic. Ease of scheduling is super easy.

Went in for oil change, and to turn off my parking brake. The break was replaced that Venice Honda back in November. And they told us I needed to replace my brake fluid this time? Also said I had a nail in my tire with a leak. And it was a short screw that was not leaking.

Service was completed on time and I trust Nick’s service recommendations.

Nick is wonderful. He quickly brought me in to replace my battery. I had just dealt with a family death and was overwhelmed. To return to Florida and find I had a dead battery just added to the chaos of life. But his calm, reassuring voice helped me calm down. And, I left in an hour with one of the problems resolved. Thank you Nick!
