I’ve been dealing with Courtesy Honda of Palm Harbor for six years now and I’m always impressed by their sales and service staff. Recently I’ve seen Tracy in the service department and she was knowledgeable and very considerate. I had some work done and she noticed I was waiting for a long time and did not charge me for an oil change. Also, I’ve leased 2 Hondas from Sandra Youngman. It was a pleasure working with her. She answered my questions and gave me the best deals.

Service performed promptly. Greg was very courteous and explained the problem. I was disappointed that parts were on back order with no specific due date.Facility was clean and comfortable.

He was great and clearly explained what is required. Over all I rate excellent service.
