Valon was our sales person. He was responsive and polite over e-mail communication prior to our test drive appointment. When we arrived the vehicle was clean and ready. Valon knew a lot about the car even though it wasn’t a Honda. He was so helpful and professional. It was a great experience.

I have been working with Valeri at Courtesy Honda Palm Harbor for nearly 8 years and overall, whether it is Valeri or another service representative, the work is taken care of efficiently and as quickly as quality will allow. While you wait, there are so many areas in the dealership to hang out to be alone or sit and chat with someone who is trying to get a cup of coffee from the fancy coffee maker. The atmosphere is open, light, and has an overall terrific vibe.

It is a very clean shop, nice reception area and cool status website. Refusing to shuttle me home (beyond 10 miles), 3 hours to complete the oil change, tire rotation and 15 software update (recall) are my complaints.

Almost everything customer service requires a survey these days. It’s so awkward when asked to give all 5’s because it’s their livelihood. It’s also awkward when comments are made that I will not disclose. So giving a 4 is a gift. I can’t give a 5 and I cannot call him to tell him why or make anything better. So awkward.
