Everyone was very friendly. I had a lot of questions, but the staff—and I worked with many different staff members—were always patient and helpful. I actually had fun shopping for a car and enjoyed my time with them.

I had made an appointment. I was taken as soon as I arrived. My car was serviced as expected and I left.

Justin was able to explain the need for our recall and provide the required part in our visit. His firsthand knowledge, expertise and suberp customer service should be recognized. He is the standard.

The battery which I replaced at this store died within 1.5 years of purchase. The store replaced it for free since it was within the warranty period. But, I had to spend money and effort on jump starts due to a bad Honda quality battery placed in my vehicle in the first place.
