Great Service, from making appointment to a friendly Goodbye….

I was late for my appointment, but they serviced my car anyways. I was disappointed that they did not check my windshield washer fluid and fill it. After the service I found that it was empty.

Ric was very attentive and helpful explaining everything to me that needed to be rectified in my car. I enjoyed hanging out in the lounge until the car was ready. I was able to get a lot of my computer work done in the quiet, comfortable environment.

Routine maintenance plus correctly recommended additional work, which I authorized.But the technician neglected to reset my oil life indicator to 100%. Either that, or the oil was actually not serviced. I discovered this after driving nearly 10 miles, phoned the shop and was advised that I should consider returning, which I did. The result was a considerably longer net time for service than I had anticipated, and I'm hoping that my routine oil change was indeed carried out.
